Exchange and Empower aims to help women from disadvantaged backgrounds escape from poverty and oppression. We do so by organising programs that broaden horizons, promote cultural exchange and provide education and life skills that help young women control their own destinies.
This initiative started as a collaboration between Hong Kong Trail Running Women and renowned Nepalese athlete Mira Rai. As such, running and nature are very much part of our DNA. Our programs focus on encouraging women to participate in running and other activities that give them confidence and inspire them to achieve their goals.
